I have been working freelance since 1984, offering Quantity Surveying services to builders, subcontractors and employers.

With contracts ranging from minor works to projects costing several millions, I specialise in building estimating as well as offering post tender financial management through to final account.

I also work directly for private Clients preparing initial cost advice and the assisting with the subsequent tender process. Additionally I carry out the duties of a Contract Administrator on behalf of Clients, providing professional help through the building process covering tender procurement through to the contract completion.
